Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Gold bars & digital gold (live-priced)
- Because bullion is a market-linked commodity, confirmed purchases are final and cannot be refunded at the purchase price.
- Your protection instead is our buyback guarantee: GoldBank buys back every gram it sells, at the live sell rate, 24/7, with no lock-in and no exit fee. Proceeds are paid to your Cash Wallet instantly and can be withdrawn within 24 hours.
- Physical bars returned for buyback must be in intact sealed assay packaging with matching serial numbers, or will be professionally assayed first.
2. Jewellery (live-priced gold + making charge)
- Unworn jewellery in original condition with its hallmark certificate may be exchanged within 7 days at the gold value of the day plus reasonable adjustment of making charges.
- Custom or resized pieces are exchange-only for manufacturing defects.
3. Watches & diamonds (fixed price)
- Returnable within 7 days of receipt if unworn, undamaged, with all seals, boxes, papers and certificates intact — for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Certified diamonds must be returned with their grading certificate; a re-verification fee applies if the laboratory seal is broken.
- Manufacturing defects are covered by the maker's warranty; we will facilitate all warranty claims.
4. Delivery
- Free collection from GoldBank House (Al Raya Gold Complex, Mubarakiya) or authorised partner stores — usually ready within 24 hours, verified by QR code and Civil ID.
- Insured courier within Kuwait: KD 10, typically 1–2 working days. Every shipment is fully insured until you sign for it; inspect the sealed packaging before signing.
- Free vaulting: you may leave purchased gold in our insured, audited vault at no charge and redeem it whenever you wish.
5. Failed, duplicate or disputed payments
Duplicate charges and payments for orders we cannot fulfil are refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within 7–14 working days depending on your bank. For any payment issue contact info@goldbankapp.com or WhatsApp +965 41004653 with your order reference.
6. How to start a return or buyback
Message Support via the contact page, WhatsApp, or visit any GoldBank location with your order reference, the item, and your Civil ID. We will confirm eligibility on the spot and process settlement the same day wherever possible.
